At times, its very challenging to balance between work and life, but don't worry - this is one of the most common issue, problem faced by all working men/women . It's welcome to the work life wherein you also have a family life -- really? do you?
 
Today's working industry job has been the most wanted and important part. People have started working remotely, adding in extra hours, being available 24*7 and what not only for the reason they want to save their jobs. Where companies are laying off people, it's important to maintain your own presence and standards in office, working your more then 100% and ensuring your jobs are on the top.  But by doing all this, one question for sure comes to mind - Am I being - fair to my life?
 
Nothing is impossible and it's always preferred to focus attention on things which you can control. Yes, you can control your time spent over work and there by balance work and life.
 
Here are some tips which will enable you to do so:
 
  • Make You Own  Schedule : Make a note , list of all things what you do for a daily routine. As you make a schedule of what's required in your day routine/ week , make sure you add on all important people who you want to meet through this path. To add more fun and happiness, add all those interesting people, family and friends as they add life to your day and brighten the day. Add some mandatory things to your schedule so that you don't tend to cancel it for example - candle light dinner with your better half/ partner... isn't it interesting?
  • Filter out, drop all those activities which need more of your energy: In short things which don't have any value, investment plan for you, just drop them out of your schedule as it makes no sense to invest your energy and time on things from which you don't gain back ! This equally applies to work side as it boost the productivity and impresses your boss if you spend more time on the reverse side where you see some gains.
  • Rethink- before action: Doing a task, attending a function, going for a meeting- all these if you rethink and take actions, many times your brains think differently, creatively and there you go with a fresh mind .
  • Get Moving, don't hold back: Many a times we are stuck on our regular paths and there we waste so much time . We need to move on and do our best there in balance our time, money and energy.
  • Relax, Chill :  Remember many a time simply a vacation make a difference as when you are back you are boosted with new ideas and new mind-set. Relaxing, meditation as times also helps to hold on our nerves of imbalance.
Simple and shot, in one life we get many jobs, however with many jobs - life is ONE ! Enjoy the life , move on, relax and think differently each day to make a new day, balance with your work and life and enjoy both work and life !
